Warehouse 1

2,160 m², situated within the portarea.

 

Warehouse 2
1,750 m² de-humidified terminal situated at the end of quay 3-8 equipped with double doors and office space.

 

A further space 7,500 m² is available for our business partners.

 

Storage areas

Total of 370,000, of which 265,000 makes up the bulk cargo terminal.

 

Conveyor belts, with a total length of 6km make possible the efficient loading and unloading of vessels as well as re-loading cargo from ocean going vessels to coasters. Re-loading takes place either from storage areas or directly between vessels.

  

Areas for Expansion

Further areas of approx. 108,000 m² can be prepared for storage if and when required or for permanent business establishment.

 

Shore tanks

Three shore tanks with a total capacity of 38,000 m³ of which one is insulated and heated.

Discharge to vehicles possible from two shore tanks.

 

Silos

Two cement silos, with a capacity of 10,000 m³ with own terminal and weigh station.

 

Underground rock caverns

Seven caverns with a total capacity of 1 million m³. Discharging from vessels and loading to vessels, road tankers and rail tankers. Road and rail loading and discharging occurs within the port area via integrated rail network.
