Through our attract- ive offer we provide a dynamic menu of services to our customers. We defined our vision of becoming ”Europe´s best ste- vedoring company" some years ago, and we will use our strategy to get there. But to keep up with the ever-changing world, our strategy needs to be adaptable and agile. This is why we have adjusted and devel- oped our strategy; now it’s based on four statements that you can either read as a whole, or separately. In line with this strategy development, we have also updated our operations manual. This document serves as a guideline for all our employees, but also for our customers and other stakeholders. The manual de- scribes our ways of working, our values and principles, our leadership and employee- ship – in short, our company. We can use the manual for educational purposes, or in everyday life to remind ourselves of our safety work, lean principles, strategies, or goals. The operations manual has been developed for newly employed coworkers, as well as for us who have worked here a long time.
