A new role, process leader,
was created for several of
our production areas. This is to better capture and remedy
any disruptions to everyday life. In this way the production
process is more stable and predictable.
A new terminal area
was created and completed for our
RoRo business.
A new record was set
for the highest number of trucks
loaded in the terminal – 87 vehicles were loaded in one
business day!
A new project started
to improve our partnership
with SSAB.
We are happy to note that
no complaints were received
regarding odours from baled waste throughout the whole of
2016!

We completed the renovation
of the ship loader, SL2.
HVO
– renewable diesel – started to be used in the machines
in our bulk storage. This is yet another step forward in our
environmental approach.
Storage A was asphalted
and the warehouse surface is
ready to receive biofuel. The surface totals 28,000 m
2
.
New customers
established Oxelösund as the new delivery
point for fertilisers in central Sweden. The volumes arrive in
bigbags which are discharged from the ships and driven to
warehouses.
The first Port of Oxelösund race
for our customers took
place. The very successful and highly appreciated event will
return in 2017!
