Information on CCTV Monitoring
We have CCTV’s in operation at gates and outdoors throughout our port. No sound recordings.
We comply with the General Data Processing Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Swedish legislation 2018:1200 (Kamerabevakningslagen).
On entering the port area some cameras register the vehicle registration plate. The purpose is to simplify the passage and to secure that only vehicles and people with permission can enter the area. The purpose with other cameras is to monitor the area to prevent trespassing.
Vehicle registration plate numbers are filed for two years.
Information from other CCTV’s is not filed longer than necessary, usually three days.
You can ask for information and access to your personal data in our filing system and to ask for cancellation of your personal data. Contact us for any questions or complaints.
