Information about video surveillance

We use video surveillance, without audio recording, at our gates and other outdoor areas within the port.

This means we are subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 and the Swedish Camera Surveillance Act (2018:1200).

Some cameras read vehicle registration numbers upon entry. The purpose is to facilitate access and ensure that only authorized vehicles and personnel can enter the area. The other cameras monitor the area to prevent crime.

Vehicle registration numbers are stored in the access system for two years.

No information from the surveillance cameras is otherwise stored.
