Oxelösunds Hamn AB is jointly owned by SSAB Svenskt Stål AB and the Municipality of Oxelösund. The company is operated as an independent commercial limited company. Each owner appoints three board members and one deputy. SSAB has the right to appoint the Chairman of the Board and the CEO of the company. The CEO reports to the Board.
