About the Port
The world begins in Oxelösund
The Port of Oxelösund has a unique geographic location that enables efficient, fast, and environmentally friendly transport. With direct connections to both motorway E4 and E20 – and rail connections that extend all the way to the port – transportation becomes seamless. In addition, Stockholm Skavsta Airport is only 20 minutes away.
Berths, lengths and depths
Thanks to our water depth, we can accommodate some of the largest vessels in the Baltic Sea. Infrastructure provides accessibility within an hour – which means shorter transport times, savings, and lower costs. Because the port is free of ice all year round, we are a natural hub for cargo to and from Central Sweden and for transit traffic.
